Arc Grenade (Earth): Radius (4), Max grenades (5), Shield Overload (6)
Homing Grenade: Damage (4), Fire damage (5), Split grenade (6)
N7 Demolisher: Damage & Max Grenades (4), Power damage (5), Weapon damage & Max grenades (6)
Harrier X with Magazine and Piercing (though I would consider swapping for High Velocity Barrel now) and Scorpion X with Magazine and Barrel. Since I know the majority will not have access to these weapons, I suggest the Revenant, Locust, Geth Plasma Shotgun or Hurricane with a backup of the Acolyte or Scorpion. I prefer to have a weapon I can do decent damage to bosses with while have an AoE weapon to allow myself breathing room from staggering.
Ammo I would suggest an ammo for explosions or tech burst if you plan on using a weapon with AoE or high rate of fire such as Cryo Ammo. If you are maining something like the Geth Plasma Shotgun I would suggest Warp Rounds for the bonus damages it gives. Weapon I suggest an Amp to whatever your primary is. Armor I suggest a Cyclonic III or IV, the lack of fitness may be a problem for many. Gear depends on weapon loadout in for her. If you plan on taking an SMG like the Hurricane I suggest Grenade Capacity, it you main an AR I suggest Warfighter, Shotgun I suggest Shock Trooper.
This will vary player to player, I have played defense and offense with her and still mix it up depending on the enemy and who I am playing with. I tend to play her more defensively with the lack of fitness. She is a character that requires a lot of situational awareness with this build, so getting familiar with spawns are going to help you out a lot on staying alive if you take the glass cannon route like this build. The enemy will spawn where it is most open to them (meaning no players standing in the area).
Her Combos: Arc Grenade then Homing Grenade gives Tech Burst. If you use an ammo like Cryo Rounds I believe both grenades should give Cryo Explosions (someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong, haven’t tried Cryo on her yet). Disrupter Ammo use Homing Grenades for Tech Burst, Incendiary use Arc Grenade for Fire Explosions.
Defense: Stay alert and get a good view on multiple spawns where you also have enough room to move if needed. Debuff as much as you can for your team (Arc Grenade for shields, Homing for Armor). Tech Burst large groups of enemies as often as possible. If using an ammo type, prime as much as you can by shooting them and use the above combo guide. Use your pylon to your advantage (stay in it and around it as much as possible)
Offense: This is a bit more tricky to me. It is doable, but I tend to get downed a bit more often this way. Combo same as above, I do suggest dodging after using a Homing Grenade due to the long animation. I would set the pylon in an area that doesn’t have an ammo crate near it and hit it as I go. Be sure to utilize soft cover as often as possible if you are mobile, the health and shield disappear quickly on her with no fitness.
For both builds the Supply Pylon should be recast as anytime you are low on Grenades and have breathing room to do it. Make sure you are setting it up in hack circles (be prepared to share) and let your teammates know of the added damage type you took on the Supply Pylon so they can maximize its use as well.

4. N7 Demolisher without fitness can be very squishy to play. Although once you master it, it can bring devastating results.
