ABOUT ME3 Multiplayer and the Developer
This page was developed by me (Lucien Midnight) because I got tired of searching through various incomplete forum posts and youtube videos for interesting and unique builds for Mass Effect 3′s multiplayer game mode. I’m also using the site as an opportunity to learn about website creation and maintenance for future projects.
I have been in love with video games from the time my parents bought me an original GameBoy. If you had any idea how much of my youth has been spend playing Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow… More recently, the XBox 360 and PC are my primary gaming hardware setups.
I recently finished my bachelor’s degree in English Literature and I’m working on getting a teaching certificate at the moment. If I could do it all again i’d go for a computer science degree! There’s a lot of great things technology is doing for education, however, and I plan to incorporate my interest in technology and gaming into the world of education.
My future plans include completing my student teaching abroad (not sure what country yet…), and then moving to California for a while to teach and design websites.
Finally, I want to give a shout-out to YOU, the fan. This website is driven by community content; I am merely a moderator, collector, researcher, and editor of your wonderful ideas! So thanks you for being wonderfully creative and cooperative human beings.
Game On!

ABOUT the Editor
I’ve had an interest in gaming since I was young, and I’ve also loved books. Thus, a good game with an excellently crafted story will set me up well. That’s what got me drawn to Mass Effect in the first place. I play a variety of different genres from RPG, First Person Shooter, Adventure, Rhythm, Survival Horror… the list goes on.
As for me, I’m a suburban guy from a little country called New Zealand; in 2013, I’m beginning my degree in English Literature and Theatre with Film and Media Studies on the side. After which, I want to obtain my Teaching Certificate and teach at my old High School.
When I discovered this website, I was thrilled to be a part of the community. I was anxious to send a build in because the site already had great ideas! And look where I am now, assisting Lucien with his hard work. I really hope you guys continue to put in the effort of sending in builds and such, it’s what makes this site what it is.
We need to hand it to Lucien for all his effort; without his ingenuity, we wouldn’t have such a great fansite… And I wouldn’t have been given such an incredible opportunity. I look forward to playing with some of you on XBL and I look forward to reading and posting your builds, comments and ideas.
Thanks again!

I believe you should involve the BSN a little in this. Spread the word and maybe make a group specifically for discussion of builds listed on the site here, I think the site could flourish much more.
And after reading the above post, I’d like to apologize if I ever say anything that sounds like an attack. I’m a sarcastic prick sometimes, sorry if I come off a bit aggressive. I’ve played a bunch of the game and figured out TONS of “gold builds” on my own, just from spending 2 minutes looking at the numbers. I just try and share my experiences and recommend what would make a build more ideal, just a little more efficient, a little more aggressive, so you can get a little more power out of it. When you add up a little bit of efficiency over a long time, it ends up making a huge difference to the end results. I’m OCD and a math freak, I’m all about optimization.

Pardon me, the BELOW post, the one by KeenBlade.

I believe by BSN you are referring to BioWare Social Network?? This website actually started in BioWare’s official forums. In fact, almost all of the builds posted here are from the BSN community. You can view my original post by clicking the link in the sidebar on the front page. Also, I sent you an email. Not sure if the_pro_vanguard@yahoo.com is your real email address. If it is NOT your actual address. Please shoot me an email at me3midnight@gmail.com. I wanna talk builds!

I think it might be worth letting people know not to try and pick apart builds, but to propose alternative options for them.
Each build represents a playstyle, and when a build is picked apart it makes it seem almost like an attack on that player’s ability and play style. I know that isn’t usually the intent when someone posts that, but regardless of what they say, when they dissect a build, they are saying “you’re wrong”. Any build that works for a player is a good, and effective build.
You might also consider adding in a bronze, silver, and/or gold rating system for builds, in terms of effectiveness. I would even offer to help with this.

I agree and your rating system would be perfect! I’ll shoot you an email in a minute.
